Ancil Eric D'silva is a highly motivated and ambitious 23-year-old engineer with a passion for strategies, data, business analysis, innovations, and entrepreneurship. He also helped grow Flexiple's organic traffic from ~20k clicks/month to ~400k clicks/month. At Forge Accelerator, Ancil conducted research and analysis of markets, value chains, stakeholder needs, and developed briefs presenting the description, significance, gap analysis, and benefits of the proposed change. He supported hardware-based startups and entrepreneurs throughout their product innovation activities, right from problem validation and customer development up to the design and development of their minimum usable prototype [MUP]. He also supported the implementation and reviews of the innovation tool kits during various programs and ProtoSem 19.2 and 20.1. Ancil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Aeronautical from Kumaraguru College of Technology, which he completed in 2020. He also completed his 1st to 12th grade education from Stanes Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School. Ancil is proficient in Research Scientist and has a strong tech stack.
